An Initial Screening Appointment is required before booking any equipment pilates or strong and steady classes.

Strong and Steady Women
Max 6 participants, 50 mins
$300 for a 10-class pack (payment plan available) - Expiry 13 weeks
Trial class $35 *Private health rebates available
Circuit-style exercise class with Exercise Physiologist, focusing on strength, balance, and agility. Designed to reduce the risk of falls and improve muscle function and bone health, this class helps you remain independent and moving well. Class is primarily aimed at adults aged 50+ who are new to strength training or prefer an alternative to the gym environment, though participants under 50 are also very welcome. Adjustments are available for all exercises.

Together these aspects will help you build strength, reduce risk of falls and keep you moving well. Class is primarily aimed at adults aged 50+ who are new to strength training or prefer an alternative to the gym environment, though participants under 50 are also very welcome.
Adjustments are available for all exercises.
